Like many abstract artists, I often struggle to identify what it is I do, when explaining my motivation or what exactly it is that I'm working on. Sure I can make up some bullshit story about strife, or social commentary or something along those lines, but honestly, "this ain't that". I paint from the gut. This is what I felt like painting today. That's really all there is to it. And frankly, I like how it turned out. To me this is some odd variation of a landscape. To you? It's whatever you want it to be, as it is with the bulk of my work.
