No, not a Jeff Beck tune, but an appropriate title. ;-)

I lived with this one for a couple weeks before I made the final additions. The warm tones of the background and the washed out blacks were interesting on their own, but I do have a very hard time leaving well enough alone.

The detail is difficult to capture with the simple photos displayed here, but there were hours of time spent on the lines, and the wash. Touches of white help add to the definition and contrast here and there.
