Like many artists, I have many pieces in the works at any given time. Endless Possibilities' goal was to allow a big percentage of the underpainting(s) to show through to the finished product, reflecting the thought that we are made up of our life experiences.

Each experience, essentially "piled up" on top of each other, forming each of us as individuals. Look through the top layer and you'll see the many layers that went into the creation of this piece. It is us.

As with most of my work the past couple years, no brushes were used. I wash color on and off and on again, with rags, rollers, fingers, squirt and spray bottles and palette knives until I'm satisfied with both the background and the foreground.
