Combining two of my recent styles; the Neutral series, which was inspired by the colors of the local bedrock when sliced through for a highway, and my Raw series, "Embracing Imperfection" is the perfect description of both this piece, and my attitude towards my paintings in general.

The color palette on this piece includes blue, teal, and various shades of yellow and orange. The squares attempt to create organization atop the interesting nebulous backdrop. The contrast is both interesting and striking as your eye moves across the work.
