Monty Python had a sketch about "Putting things on top of other things" way back when and it seems that's what I've been up to of late. Backgrounds playing a large part in my work as I lay color over color. Calculations is a crazy bit of fun loaded with color, movement and activity. This one quite honestly, was one of my more fun paintings to work on in some time. There are no intentional statements being made by me, only the ones you come up with as you take in all the Calculations.
