Embracing imperfection, "discovery and exploration" is the key theme to my work. There is specific direction I take with each painting, but it's only a minor outline. I react to what is happening on the canvas as it happens. "What if . . ." also plays a major role. While recurring themes and techniques are obvious throughout my body of work, there are large variations as well.
Be sure and come back often, as new paintings are added weekly and even daily. Contact Brian directly with any questions, or for additional images of any of paintings. Commissioned works are always welcomed and encouraged, and come with no additional cost.

All paintings are varnished and shipped ready to hang. MOST are signed on the front, but not all. Should you desire a signature on the front, please note that in your purchase. All are marked on the back with a signature and any pertinent information. I use only the highest quality Golden Acrylic paints and mediums. Many paintings currently live as un-stretched canvas and are noted as such. All stretched canvases are gallery-wrapped with 1.5 to 2" sides depending on the painting unless specified otherwise. Cradled birch panels feature painted white sides with 1" to 2" sides. Some artworks are shipped framed. See specific paintings for information.
Most paintings ship free in the continental US and Canada.
Oversized and international paintings ship at buyers expense. There is NO additional markup.
